Do you accept insurance?

Currently, I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a “superbill” for you to submit for reimbursement to your insurance as an “out of network provider.”

Do you offer in-person counseling?

At this time, I only offer telehealth services. However, I do offer meditation circles in person at a mutually agreed upon location.

What if I am new to therapy, I’m nervous, is it right for me?

Taking the first step to try therapy is a courageous act. I commend you for considering therapy. I encourage you to set up an initial session with me and we can talk more about what to expect in therapy and you can see if therapy is a good fit for you. Its okay to feel nervous; it’s my job to establish a safe healing space and it is my intention for your therapy sessions to be a resourceful environment.
